Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Options
- Complimentary Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 (before tax).
- Orders under $150 ship at a standard rates, calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping options are available at checkout (rates calculated at checkout).
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders)
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.
- Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
International Shipping
- At this time, IQONIQUE Style ships to the U.S. only. We are working to expand international shipping in the future.
Delays
- IQONIQUE Style is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
- IQONIQUE Style is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
Pre-Orders / Backorders
- If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will ship once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
