Return & Exchanges Policy
At IQONIQUE Style, each piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. Because of the nature of our curated collections, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
However, if you receive an item that is:
- Defective or damaged, or
- Incorrect (wrong size, color, or style sent),
please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@iqoniquestyle.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will:
- Provide a replacement (if available), or
- Issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Conditions for Approval:
- The item must be and unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.
