At IQONIQUE STYLE, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Please review the details below regarding processing times, shipping, and delivery expectations.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peaks seasons, or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 5-7 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping (3-4 business days): $8.95

Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 (U.S. only)

Delivery timelines begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Shipping timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

 

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout.

IQONIQUE STYLE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship the package.

 

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, IQONIQUE STYLE is not responsible for transit delays or carrier related issues.

We do not issue refunds for delays caused by the carrier.

 

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the shipping carrier's system.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, IQONIQUE STYLE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at info@iqoniquestyle.com within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and provide photos of the item and packaging.

 

Order Modifications & Fraud Prevention

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.

Please review your item selection and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Billing & Shipping Address 

For fraud prevention, the billing address associated with the payment method must match the shipping address provided at checkout. 

Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

IQONIQUE STYLE reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet this requirement.
