Return & Exchanges Policy

At Iqonique Style, each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. 

 

Change of Mind Returns (Store Credit Only)

  • We accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference under the following conditions:
  • A return request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery (based on carrier tracking).
  • Returns must be authorized by IQONIQUE STYLE prior to being shipped back to us.
  • Item(s) sent without approval will not be accepted.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. The customer must ship the item using a trackable shipping method and provide tracking information to IQONIQUE STYLE upon shipment.

IQONIQUE Style is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), an electronic store credit will be issued for the item(s) purchase price (excluding original shipping).

 

Store credit:

  • Is issued electronically
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Cannot be transferred

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective or damaged, or
  • Incorrect item sent due to our fulfillment error (wrong item, size, or color shipped by IQONIQUE Style)

You must contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery (based on carrier tracking).

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue 
  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

Requests submitted after 3 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted.

 

Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Provide a replacement (if available), or
  • Issue a refund to the original form of payment.                                                        

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

IQONIQUE STYLE reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds or replacements at our discretion.

 

Conditions for Approval

To qualify for review:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • The claim must be submitted with 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

 

Fraud Protection

Iqonique Style reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or chargeback activity.
